I don't know if it was the traffic, the crowds or all of the bad food that I ate, but the majority of the day, I wanted a cigarette. Even right now, I want a cigarette. I think that I'm stressed about getting everything finished and making sure that things are perfect. Usually when that happens, I smoke. Must find a new coping mechanism! I haven't gone 23, almost 24 days to start all over again! I can and I WILL do this! (Finding myself doing lamaze breathing haha)
