Happy thanksgiving!

I am 2 1/2 weeks into my forever quit and am doing well so far but the holidays are trying for me. I lost my mom unexpectedly 9 years ago on Veterans Day at age 50 and my 22 year old cousin very unexpectedly  2 years ago yesterday and will be doing both holidays without them or the rest of my family that is 2000 miles away.

I will stay strong and get through this, i have to. Without resorting to smoking because it may feel great at first but after all the withdrawals and emotions of quitting, that cigarette may seem familiar and amazing at first-but at what cost? And is it worth it? No it's not.
