Today is Sunday... Relax. Relax. Relax !
 
If you are under stress, overburdened, tense..
 
1. Take a pen or pencil and start writing down the list worrying you
2. Feel free, but not obligated, to make it pretty.
3. Include on this list few concrete things you hope to overcome in the coming week.
4. Write many times I will stay free from addiction.
5. Watch your stress dissolve as you write each thing down.
6. Relax yourself today is Sunday.
7. Take time to celebrate what went good in last week.
8. Remember NOPE when celebrating success.

About the Author
November 26, 2013 is my quit date. I regard this day as my second birth!. I am doing fantastic after quit. I did it cold turkey. I express my gratitude to EX members and this site for my QUIT.
