It's been a rough holiday. The kids had a blast and I am grateful for that, but mommy's didn't go so well. I got the "It's not you, it's me" and the "let's just be friends" lines in one sentence, pants are TIGHT and I blew my knee out. LOL so I've been a sulking Debbie Downer lately and I didn't want to bring the negative energy over here. I faced so much temptation, even had a cigarette in my hand, but I surprised myself and didn't do it. I was able to tell myself that no matter what, smoking that cigarette was NOT going to make me feel better, instead it would make me feel worse and like a failure. So I am blogging today 34 days free of a 20 year disgusting habit!
It is a new year, a new beginning. Enjoy every moment of every day. Love yourself first and foremost....starting with your quit! Let's not abuse ourselves any more with these poisons.
