Quitting addiction is physical and psychological process. The two can not be separate.
As Yoga brings mind and body together, it does help control cravings ! During initial period of quitting, cravings needs great attention. Practising Yoga would help to control mind.
As well as post quitting, continuing yoga practice does makes difference. Various Yoga (Asana) postures, pranayama, improve lungs, breathing process and overall benefiting health.
