I have a few minutes before I leave for Masons school to watch him get his diploma from kindergarten. I am so proud of him, Adam will be going into grade six, wow they are growing up fast and all I can say Is that I'm so glad that I don't smoke anymore and can enjoy these occasions without stinking like an ashtray but more importantly maybe I can enjoy the all the people I love a little bit longer and hopefully with better quality of life. Have a wonderful smoke free day everyone, Dale says it's root beer Friday yummy. I always enjoyed them at A&W scrumptious and delicious.
