Hello, everyone.......it has been some time since I checked in........I am still smoke free, and have survived a major move, starting a new job, and a wonderful trip to NYC with my daughters to celebrate our birthdays! We have moved to La Crosse, WI, and it is beautiful here. The struggle to remain free of nicotine is a daily battle.......I seriously think about smoking every single day, and I just keep telling myself that it simply isn't worth it to disappoint myself.............so, I struggle daily, but so far..........it works! Hope you all are happy and healthy and ready for a happy Fourth of July! Love, Susie

Oh man - am just kinda checking in on certain people. You have been through a lot; glad to hear you are keeping your quit, but I gotta tell you that I can really relate to much of what you said in early July. ME TOO! on almost everything you said. It's not quite every single day, but some days are certainly worse than others. I dunno - for some it seems so easy....hang in there, I am and have, but there have been days!
