I'm very blessed to still have my Dad he'll be 85 in November, he's only a half hour drive away from me I'm sure I don't tell him enough just how much I love him BUT he knows just how much I do! My husband Mark came into my life when my daughter was 9 years old and my was 5 years old, he's a great Dad and grandfather and husband anyway Happy Smokefree Fathers day to each of you Dads and Happy Smokefree Day to everyone because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand.....LIFE is so much better without the disgusting yuckies (cigarettes) if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can, stay close and reach out whenever you need to or just want to vent, deep breaths and believe in yourself because we believe in you and we're rooting you on stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W ~ No Matter what ~ because there's no other way to remain Smokefree ......
