Now, remember, the ol' (formerly) fat guy is watching his new waistline, so we've got to have a sensible menu! I started my eat less/move more kick on the 2-year anniversary of becoming an ex-smoker. So it's been three years without nicotine and one year without eating like a moron and starting to exercise. Here is a photo I took last week with the jeans I was wearing one year ago. Inspiration for those of you who think you are destined to be a tub of goo after you quit smoking. It's just the opposite: quitting smoking takes off the ball n' chain and lets you start enjoying exercise again:
