I have been smoking for 15 yrs. I have finally had enough! I have been telling myself for years that I know it's horrible for me but I just could'nt stop. I quit yesterday with the help of the patch. I have not had a cigarette in 27 hrs. The patch kinda works, I'm not a complete witch lol. I am trying to keep my cool and tell myself that I can do this and the tobacco co will not own me anymore. My major problem is I liked the feeling that I would get when I inhaled smoke. What can I do to replace that feeling? Also I have 6 kids, when they drove me crazy I would go outside for a cigarette. Now what?!
