HELP!

I've had a terrible slip!! Please help me!

My 43 year old daughter (my only child ) and my 23 year old grandson  had a very bad emotional Argument last night by text and my daughter already suffers from clinical depression. I was so filled with anxiety and emotion that I turned to cigarettes to help me get through it . Do I just start over with my quit? I need help and suggestions  I'm so ashamed!
