It has been so long since I have been here ! But, recently I have had several things that reminded me of this site, and how important it was to me and my new life ! So, I stopped by to say HI and connect with you again. My husband and I are still smoke free, I have not slipped up once, he slipped up a few times, but, that has been a long time ago now. He is doing great after his lung cancer. We have had 2, 4 month check ups and no sign of the cancer being there any more ! What a blessing it has been !! I hope you all are doing great, and for you new members, it is possible !! I have been quit from a pack a day for 15 years to smoke free since July 14th 2011, my birthday ! So HANG IN THERE !!! I've got to get to my page, I'm so excited to see how many days, PLUS how much money I saved !! HAPPY HOLIDAYS, MERRY CHRISTMAS !!

I'm trying to get on the train, but, you have to do so much, I have no Idea what my hhtt: whatever is, or where to find it ! Things used to be easy to do here, and I loved it kept up with cigs not smoked and money saved !! So Sad it's not saved anymore ! I loved to print it out and place it around the house when I struggld with my quit. I think it was a great help, the new comers won't get to have that !! So happy to see that it has been 1984 days since my quit, and no slips for me !! WOO HOO !!!
