Hello all it has been a long time since posting a blog, I have been incredibly busy and also had a terrible February as my Dad passed away , I am doing ok taking it day by day we had to move house so i can look after my Mom. This past Saturday would have been my Dad's 80th Birthday so was a very emotional weekend. The good news I was not tempted to smoke, it did cross my mind but I angry told myself NO!!!

I am sitting on 876 days without smoking, it feels like that person never existed I have morphed into a new me.

I do read the newsletter and I hope you all are well and doing great on your quit. Keep positive you can do it.

God bless xx

i am a musician and biker at heart. I have a gorgeous little daughter who I treasure with all my heart, she is one of the main reasons for me stopping smoking. i want to walk her down the isle one day. My wife is a smoker which is a challenge but she supports my quit. I had a really big scare on the 2nd Jan 2017 where I stopped breathing everytime I fell asleep and had bad chest pains throughout the night, this was the time to say enough. I am getting healthy again and i am back at gym and enjoying the benefits daily of stopping smoking. Onwards and upwards.
