Great American Smoke Out

I'm so happy to participate in my first ever Smoke Out!  I'm on 7 days with no Nicotine... Woo Hoo... I'm finally starting to have other thoughts besides smoking.... but it is still tough and I'm not letting my gaurd down for a second!  Thanks for the support here -- It is great!!
