I started smoking at work when I was 16 because I noticed smokers got more breaks. Then my older sister was smoking and I thought it was cool to smoke with her too. She quit years ago. I wish I had known then that there was nothing cool about smoking. I'm 51 now. I have 2 sons that want me to quit. I have COPD. I have the smokers cough and I worry about getting cancer. I want to be here for my kids (14 & 10) as long as I can. They just lost their dad in an accident in May 2022. I'm all they have now. I want to get healthy and set a good example for them. I never want them to touch a cigarette. You have controlled my life long enough. I won't miss you at all. I hate what you have done to my body. You're truly the devil in my eyes. There is nothing good about you so good riddance. Goodbye! #Goodbye
