I write this hoping that you don't take this personally, and that you understand that this decision, very tough, but necessary. It's time to let you go, not just for my mental health, or my physical health, but for my sanity. You are a crutch, a crutch that can no longer hold up what is broken. I say this with love, you came into my life, and you took over. You brought me a false sense of peace when I thought I needed.
