Just wanted to stop by and say good morning to all you exsmokers. Nothing exciting going on in my life but still enjoying everyday as a exsmoker. 810 DOF. My morning walks are starting to get a little chilly so might have to break out the long johns pretty soon. Everyone have a wonderful smoke free Friday and as Nancy(Youngatheart) reminds us, if alcohol is in your plans for the weekend be very careful. It is definitely a "quit buster."
