It was nice to get away today my appointment went well my sister in law Wendy and I had a nice lunch out and tookour time driving back 😁 it's wonderful being an EXer because I don't need to waste my time stopping for smoke breaks I'm so glad that I don't do that anymore! Our lives are so much better off NOT putting that horrid Nicotine Poison into our bodies! Sticking with Nope works when applied on a daily basis vigilance is Key! The CHOICE is Ours!
