Take the " try-angle " and turn it into a " do-angle" because if we put 100 % of ourselves into whatever we are trying to do especially like trying to quit smoking then we can and will succeed because quitting smoking is absolutely doable, difficult to say the least but definitely doable and remaining quit is also 100 % doable. Please be aware of your emotions and triggers, if you are new here or having a rough time, be sure and keep your mind as well as your hands occupied, distract yourself with anything you can think of but remember that smoking is not the answer, we must protect our quits with our lives because our lives depends on remaining smoke free. N.O.P.E - means Not One Puff Ever - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - because it's important to always remember those first few weeks of our quits - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option. Stay strong and hang tough, stay close to this site and believe that you can and will succeed in your quit and you will.

Good morning, sunshine.  I am off to work shortly, trying to figure out how to stay as dry as possible getting to the car...yikes, has anyone seen Noah?

Have a lovely day, my dear friend.
