So I couldn't find a ride up from San Fran so I took the bus--Greyhound, to my surprise, the bus was very clean, not on time... but not bad! It got me where I needed to Go! It felt really good to be home...but I was back on the nicotine gum right away, but didn't have a problem with wanting to smoke like I thought I might coming back home. Thanks to you guys and this website, I have been able to quit and stay quit and a lot of it is because of this website and all the people attached to it. I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own at all... It's going to the website and talking to all of you everyday--you are my therapy--that keeps me going and I want to thank you.
Now it's time for me to go back to San Francisco--Both my daughters have a day off today, so they are going to take me down early this afternoon--I made my treatment time for 4:30 today just in case I had a problem finding a ride back. Everyone have a great smokefree day, yeah!
