Today is day # 7 for me smoke free.  This morning seems to be a struggle for some reason maybe because everytime I turn around someone is smoking in my complex.  I am going to workout and see it that helps.  I don't want to give into temptation.  Thanks for everyones support even if I don't know you.

Great job on making it through the first week. Trust me, it gets a lot easier as the time passes. Next thing you know another week will have gone by. Then a month. Then....

Be the best quitter ever. Take care.

You have already decided how to handle the urge to smoke by going to workout. You will be successful everytime you replace the urge with something else. Good for you. You can do this.

Congratulations!!! Working out is an awesome way to divert yourself from the cravings. As a bonus, after working out, you notice that you are no longer having as hard a time catching your breath 🙂 Keep it up

It will get better - so hang in there! The nicotine is out of your system so the only thing you are fighting is YOURSELF! Well, guess whose gonna win? Let it be the NEW Ex Surreal by keeping those fantasies about cigs out of your mind and that VISION about the NEW YOU clearly in FOCUS! Keep your eyes on the prize and those fantasies will evaporate in a smoke cloud and be blown away by clean clear AIR! N.O.P.E. NO MATTER WHAT! CONGRATULATIONS on a SUCCESSFUL WEEK ONE!
