Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing well.  A quit is precious.  Cherish it!!  The weather is slowly getting warm.  I like sunny days.

Your quit will seem difficult for a while.  It takes time for your body to adjust.  As time goes by stopping smoking is worth it all.  After you get time in, you don’t know why you ever bothered with cigarettes.  Stick with it.  You got it.  Namaste

I do know now why I bothered!  I was addicted to nicotine.

Glad we got rid of that weight around our necks!

I don't miss smoking either Mike.  Glad I quit and it is in my past.  Staying sober, staying vigilant.  I like the smokefree life.

Hi, good morning. I just got to sitting down

...my day was as challenging as it was beautiful ,sunshine, Breezes..... Through the Window's, I gotthat cross Breeze going on... Oh my goodness, yes, it was a good day. On the other side of challenges Didn't sleep very well ,I kind of had to push through the day ... baby steps, and you got to crawl before you can run. That's my clarity.

.. reboot, reboot , refresh, and with that reset..... for ever moving forward..with that comes some learned habits and behaviors, repetition i really like this  word I'm really trying to unlearn and create new habits and behaviors......positive ones this is where I'm at  right now      or rather this morning, May 29th 12:01 a.m. 2024, and with that comes my clarity, my will to refocus and fight and survive as long as I can ....it's challenge I'm not going to lie it's not been easy as we all well know, wishing one and all a good morning...thank you for sharing your thoughts and struggles bad, good, and not so different just say the struggles are real ...Be well.

@sunshine08760   Cheering for you and understanding some days were difficult.  You will not regret leaving this addiction in the dirt, in the rearview mirror.  Baby steps, yes.  Stay very strong.  Distract, delay, write out your feelings.
