I want to say thank you to those of you that have been responding to my blogs. I fell alot better about my decision to quit Know that I have the support I need from You (the people).
My quit date is the beginning of the year and today is my birthday. I usually get shit faced and smoke alot between this day and the new year. But i am makeing the 1st step to cut back and not drink as much. I have maybe 5 cigarettes left out the pack I bought the other day before I found this site, and it will be my last.
so wish me good luck and I will kept you inform on my journey.
