I'm working on triggers and things to do when I'm bored. I've held on to some things that helped me with my last quit. I want this to be my last quit. Thank you all for being here.
OMG, if I can, anybody can. I started at 12 and now I'm 59.
I swear if you read everything here, get yourself a list of stuff to do and snacks (healthy or somewhat healthy) and just embrace it and don't let anything hold you back, every day you wake up a non smoker, you will be so proud of yourself and then get on here and post with us. Stay close to the site, in the beginning it's a life saver. I mean that literally and figuratively. 🙂
