I'm not sure if you're following the World Cup in Brasil, I like football so it makes a good distraction , especially tonight's game btw Spain and Nederland is awesome, very good football indeed.
Today marks 10 weeks of my quit , it wasn't the easiest of days, I find in my quit so far I have one good one bad one good one bad day, etc.
That's cool, it's to be expected , after all I wasn't counting the days when I was 'killing myself ' so why should I count them now?:)
Urges seem quite strong at times, made me really angry today, however kept myself busy, busy !
It takes a lot of energy to be positive but there is no other option but moving forward toward FREEDOM
