Ok, so I was trying to lose weight prior to quitting...then quitting came upon me very abruptly and I quit cold turkey. The quit is fine but the weight is not. I want to eat all the time...this is terrible...almost feel like going back...but I won't and can't....what do you do for keeping weight gain under control??
I've been eating more fruits, vegetables, salads, avocados, etc. BUT at night!!! OMGosh....something happens to me and I turn into the cookie monster or whatever concoction I can come up with!! I try to keep the snacks out of the house...but I find ways to make creative very bad snacks!!
Any thoughts??? I am hoping to join a gym very soon...checking them out now! I just need to find self control on the snacks like I do with my quit.
