Description
I have been smoking since I was 15, i'm now 45 so thats a whopping 30 years of smoking. I have thought of quitting but find it hard to find a method to begin. I use every excuse not to quit smoking beginning with gaining weight. Recently I was hospitalized for 8 days and had major surgery, for the time I was there I didn't even crave a cigarette cause I knew that I couldn't have one. Once home it took 2 days to get back i the same habit. I have realized that it is time to QUIT! So I'm gonna try with EX! Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
