I know its been a while since Ive been on here and I sure have missed everyone and your support.I have finally set another quit day for the 29th of this month and I am going to try a quit smoking aide this time.Its called cigarest and Im hoping it will help.Life has been so crazy for me lately as my son was recently involved in a police standoff and has gotten himself in a big mess.So needless to say I have been stressed to the max.My doctor is working with me on this quitting deal and wants me to start journaling every time I smoke.So I will try that.I refuse to give up on myself as I like to breathe and that doesnt come easy these days.I failed a lung finction test last week and my doctor is really concerned for my health.I am now working out at the gym every day and will continue to do that after my quit.Thanks for believing in me when I cant believe in myself.I can do this and I will.Linda
