Good Morning my friends and fellow Ex smokers! Today we have several milestones to celebrate... Let’s get this party started!!

            First let’s congratulate hwc on 1,300 days!!! hwc has been here a while. He is into health and fitness since quitting and has lost 90 pounds the last we heard! Shoot it may even be more now! Great job hwc!

            We have to honorees joining the triple digit club today! Dbaker (Donna) has 100 days! Last I knew Donna was prancing around Italy somewhere! Donna, that’s enough get back here girl!! Next TDC is Roger3357!! Roger also has 100 days of freedom today! Great job Roger. Roger is just one of our survivors of Irene! He saw a lot of flooding! Roger sooo glad you are here on this site. Glad to have met you sir!

            Now… we have 3 people celebrating their first 50 days! That is the first major milestone we all look forward to!  We have Hux in KY (Doug) with 50 days!  Great job Doug!!  Next we have twill1974 with 50 days!! Awesome!!! And last but not least we have trucker with her first 50 days!!! This woman is something else! She can drive a truck, do hair, cook, clean and loves nursing! WOW! Great job to you sweetie!

Thank You All, it feels really really really good to hit 100, it also seems to get me thinking of y i am not at 400 or 4000, damn i should have stopped a long time ago, it sucked going through the quiting process but really , it wasn't all that  bad, it was more the scare of it all of quiting, 30+ years of worrieing of there is no way i can quit, smoking is going to kill me, i will smoke till i die, here we are 100 days, WOW.

NO NO NO NO ROGER!!!  NOT men bashing.......my husband is a great driver, so are SOME other men....just saying (statistics show) women are not as aggressive on the road, therefore don't have as many accidents. How many accidents do you see where a woman is crawling out of the cab???  :>)........just saying
