HAPPY NEW YEAR! I am so happy to be bringing this ride to you on this special day. Good morning from Oregon everyone! And by everyone I mean all members here who are thinking about quitting to those that have multiples of years behind them. 

This is the part where we celebrate  each others milestones and freedom from smoking. Welcome to the Freedom train and celebrate with us on this 1^st day of 2012!

We have many wonderful milestones today. Our honorees include three people entering the Triple Digit Club with 100 days! They are carbegal1, Gem NY and Mash1974 (Mary). Lets' applaud and welcome them to the club. Climb aboard you all.

Let's also take this opportunity to say hello to Eric (Pockets). I recently heard from him and he said that he and Mrs KatieK are loving ringing in the new year as non-smokers. Eric has 300 days today! Way to

go!

Let's give serious congratulations to these four winners! Each has reached 1 year smoke free! Angel51859,Gonna quit, Lonita and Scott! Someone said about 315 + days ago that Scott would never make it. Now look at you Scott – you proved that person wrong and proved to yourself that quitting is doable. As did these other three great folks! Congrats on 365 days!

Last but not least is our good friend Tommy (Pir8fan)! He introduced this version of the Freedom train at the beginning of last year and it has really taken off. Who doesn't look for their name on a specific milestone? Plus the parties are great and the food is …. well thank goodness they don't have any calories! Tommy has been helping others way before the train. He takes his quit and yours personally and will help you when you are in need. So let's give it up for Tommy's 2^nd Anniversary – that's right people 730 days! Thank you for all you do Tommy!

Congratulations to all who are celebrating their quits today no matter how many days! Give it up for our special honorees and have a wonderful and safe healthy and smoke free NEW YEAR! Let's Party!!!!!
