Once we bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison AND we get to that good place in our quit THEN we'll know what FREEDOM is all about! It does take time to relearn life without the damned crutch BUT boy oh boy it's most definitely worth all of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to be Free PLUS we're giving ourselves the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE! Nope works when applied on a daily basis! I'm on my way out the door with my hubby Mark it's another busy day BUT my mouth isn't overly sore from all of the dental work I had done yesterday saving my tooth! It's super fantastic NOT needing those icky smoke breaks because I don't do that anymore and neither do you right!?
