The first week and a half of smoking was very hard.  I had such a deep emotional attachment to cigarettes I didn't know how I was going to get by- but lo and behold,  I woke up the other morning celebrating my newfound freedom and I've been celebrating ever since!  Thanks for your continued support!

Its's amazing isn't it, to think about how doubtful we can be and how we aren't sure if we'll make it. And then, some how we push through and realize that we can do it!

I'm celebrating with you and sharing your joy over this newfound freedom!

This is exactly how I feel. Free at last except I did not know how much of a prisoner I was while I was smoking. I knew somewhat, but not to the extent that I was. I am very, very grateful these days!

You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work.

Great job!

Try to remember how awful that first week was - knowing you NEVER want to go through that again, I believe, will help keep you a non-smoker forever!!!!!

Enjoy those wonderful, easy, deep breaths!  Aren't they wonderful?

As challenging as not smoking is in the beginning, it is so worth it. The way you feel is only the beginning. Keep your focus, the best is still ahead. Be proud of yourself.
