Four Years!

I was so surprised today to receive an email that Mark mentioned me in the EX Community! Thank you for continuing to keep track of my quit date, since it has been so long that I have logged in. But my Quit Date has remained the same... On October 3 I celebrated four years free from cigarettes! It is such a fabulous way to live! And the next best news? Last year I got certified with the American Lung Association to be a smoking cessation facilitator, and next week i launch my first class! I am so happy to live smoke-free and grateful to be able to pass on this gift to others. If you are trying to quit, keep trying. If you are struggling, don't give up.
