Four Months

Hello everyone:  today makes four months smoke free for me.  My quit date was May 28, 2019.  I am so very proud.  I know my battle is not won or accomplished yet.  But for my health I know that I must stay true.  Recently had lung removal of nodule and now doing some chemo and praying all will be well.  I trust and believe in myself and the Lord that I will make it through all this and come out stronger and better.  We now have the knowledge of what harm cigarettes can do to our bodies, so why do we keep smoking them?  That is my focus that nothing good AT ALL comes from smoking.  Now that I am armed with that knowledge it is my mantra everyday.  I will be Smoke Free For Life.
