Numbers do not lie ;o)

You quit smoking on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 9:00pm.

As of Thursday, January 21, 2010, at 9:04pm, You had quit smoking for 1 week, 5 days, 4 minutes, 2 seconds. The number of cigarettes You had not smoked since quitting was 360 and the money saved was $72.00.

One Day at a time still. Gone through some nasty withdrawals (you know needing to light that stogie up for one reason or another). But can look in the mirror at this moment and say have not had any nicotine intake since the numbers above and feel lucky for doing it.

Cold turkey (NOTHING) after 33yrs and minimum pack and a half a day.

Will probably die next fucking year. Stay tuned .Ha HA Ha !!!!!! Still have some sarcasm issues as well LMFAO!!!!!!!!

Lol. That's good. Wouldn't that be ironic? Go through this and something unrelated happens? Let's hope not!

My feelings exactly...only I am just two days into it. I am trying to make the smokes have a persona and we are battling...make s quitting easier because then they are not just a thing, but a creature...a monster that I despise!

If you took 10 minutes out to have each cigarette... wow! is that 60 hours of smoking?
