Well every one ... screwed up and did the deed, no, not just once, several times in fact,
So I am taking some time to fall back and regroup, going to go and see my grandson and get my Sam fix for the week, cuz Lord knows I need my Sam more than cigs!! So I'm off to spend some quality time with my munchkin. That's him in the pic!!
Feeling really awful ...so I will keep this short.
I won't be back till I get a handle on this fight. There are a lot of demons I've been running from that now I must face
I wish each one of you my best and go get "em"!!
Hopefully I'll catch all of you on the flip side of this fight!
Just Breathe!!
Love, Hugs and Kisses too!!!
God Bless!!

Always remember and never forget that quitting any form of an addiction is not easy, and one usually goes thru a few attempts before they are able to actually quit. Do not beat yourself up over it, and do not quit on the quit. Take a step back - re-group, but; promise yourself not to take too long in doing that otherwise you will loose and not want to go back to the fight. .

I hope your bad feelings about smoking motivate you to stay quit this time.

Never give up. This is not a failure, it is a learning expierence. Think about things you can do to make it easier. Deep breathing always helped me. I got the same amount of air without all the chemicals.
