It's a DECISION to quit using nicotine.    It's not a hope, or a wish, or a try. Make the decision to quit smoking/vaping/chewing and never allow yourself to argue with yourself about it. No point – the decision was already made and it was final! Decide to get through the rough spots however you can.  Decide you will not give in NO MATTER WHAT!

This approach worked for me over 10 years ago. Easy? No! Doable? Yes! I quit on my first and only attempt at it. It's your choice to honor the decision each and every minute/hour/day/month going forward. If you do, you will break free!

(and freedom is WONDERFUL!)

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
