Hi friends,
Today is my birthday! and wow the biggest thing about it is that it is the first one in 36 years that I am smoke free! wow! I would never imagined that I would be come an ex! smoker that part still has not settled in yet! Of all the things I have done and not done in my life this is the biggest milestone I have ever achieved! Being smoke free! This past wknd I visited my Mom's grave and told her that I was still smoke free! and I know how proud she is! This site has been a huge part of my success! As always I thank God and I remain smoke free! one day at a time!
