Sorry to say, I fell off the wagon and smoked last week. An ongoing Pet medical issue had me really anxious. I smoked 3 packs over a week. Everything went fine but I was so worried. I’m glad to say that, by the time I finished the 3rd pack, I decided I feel better as a non smoker so I stopped on Thursday 9/15. Next time my pet needs this procedure again (and he probably will) I will practice deep breathing without cigarettes.
My debate is whether or not I should change the quit date on my profile. I’m thinking not because the length of time I already made it is too much to just abandon. I’m keeping it as reinforcement to stay quit going forward. Hope that’s ok with the club rules.
