Fear of Quitting

I've always said I have had to quot everything else, I wouldn't stop smoking. But I'm 43. I turned 43 last week and I have a 5 year old son. My boy needs me. I'm all he has. My health is pretty good for a 40 year smoker, but I am truly starting to feel it. Shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, and suffocating. I have got to make this change. My boy needs me around for at least the next 13 years. Hopefully longer. I want to see my grandkids. Meet them. Be able to play with them. I want to be healthy for myself and my son. I'm scared of dying. But I am also terrified of quitting.
