I wanted to take a minute and congratulate all the people on the sight this morning that is beating this addiction it brings a whole hearted smile to my face...It is also the 100 anniversary of a old friend that contacted me via face book 100 days ago for help quitting she is still making it happen..I have been reading a lot of post and it seems that there are a lot of new people coming to the sight thats a good sign. Struggles are many but the rewards are worth it. I have always been told if its something you want work for it.  the number on thing I see in common with the new people is that they are convienced it is going to be the hardest thing they have ever done. I was a believer of that too we was convienced  that it was almost impossible to quit without going through hell. Get that out of your head mind over matter is a big part of this i think. Sure like any habit its a struggle like nail bitting overeating drinking but it is not impossible and no matter what they say its not as hard as its told to be ..So set your mind and do it ---stop adding to the stress thinking its going to be bad because if you think it you will create it..Heres to a smokefree day..Hugs Deb
