Good morning fellow EXer's! The Freedom Train is on the tracks, and prepared to make it's daily run to Freedom from smoking! Everyone is invited to come aboard to celebrate their own personal Freedom, and that of their friends!!

If you are new here, this vehicle provides an area for everyone to gather and celebrate the milestones, and successes of those in our community! There are no tickets! The fuel for this locomotive is love and caring! The rides on this Train are paid for in contributions to the quits of others! The only thing required to ride this Train is a desire to breathe Free! We encourage everyone to join in the celebration! No matter where you are in your quit, today is special, and is cause for celebration! Celebrate with others, and they will celebrate with you! There are no baggage fees! Bring all your "EXtra baggage"! We will help you sort it out!

We encourage you to come aboard today! Shout out your personal milestones, and those of your friends! Show your pride in your quit! 2 Days, 200 Days or 2000 Days!More, it you have them! Let us hear from you, and let us all celebrate our FREEDOM!! Post food and music! IT IS PARTY TIME!!!

Good morning Cyn! Good morning fellow EXer's! I am dragging my 1154 Days up the steps of this Train today to be a part of the celebration! The food looks good!

Cyn, why don't you take a break and enjoy the ride! If it is OK with you I want to take the controls for a little while! I want to take this Train up to PA today! There is a very special little Lady up there that hit 1200 days yesterday and it went unnoticed, probably even by her!

With your kind permission, we are stopping by to pick up our dear Friend Sootie! For the past 1201 Days she has remained Smoke Free, and mentored me, and countless others with her no nonsense, all common sense approach to quitting and supporting quits! That is deserving of celebration!

In fact every one on this journey should be celebrating their Freedom today! So, ConGrats to all who breathe Free today! Let's have a party!!

Cyn! Thank you for allowing me to commandeer the Train today!!

Tommy is SUCH a sweetheart----isn't he???!!!!

Yes, he was right----Sootie doesn't like clocks that count down the days of her life...even if they are counting good things. So all I really know is that I am 3+ years quit...had no idea of the 1200 DAYS!

All of you here at EX are the reason I was able to quit. some of you made me a friend, some of you made me laugh, truth be told----some of you made me MAD!!! But, doesn't matter because ALL OF YOU "MADE" me quit and stay quit.
