The conductor is still moving slow and under the weather but the FREEDOM TRAIN is fueled with some very exciting mid term and long term quits and is ready to roll! This is my first Saturday Freedom Train, so jump on board and let's party ALL DAY LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The last time I heard from JimmyZ down in Florida he was busy bike riding, running and weight lifting. Today he is busy celebrating his amazing 200 day quit! Hands off this non smoking hunk ladies, he's married with two children. JimmyZ gives a lot of the credit for his successful quit to “the very human voices on this site”. I agree with you!
Gonnaquit is gonna have to change her name to “dunnaquit” because that is what she has done for 400 days! Reading back over some of her blogs, she seems to be a happy quitter as well a proud mother of two. The last posting I have seen from Gonnaquit was a very excited posting on her own message board about her one year milestone. That is the way they do things in Colorado.

I am very proud to introduce our next two year quitter va72lady aka (Shirley). At the time she started her quit she was only 73 years old and you know how I love to see these young people quitting. At the same time she quit she moved into a “no smoking” apartment building. I would call that a commitment. That is like learning a new languages by moving to another country. Shirley loves to dance so today there will be a special dancing car on the Freedom Train!
