It's my hubby Mark's 66th birthday today 🎉🎈🎉 neither of us will be needing any smoke breaks because we don't do that anymore! It's amazing that Mark will be celebrating 10 years of Freedom come the 25th of April and then on the 14th of July I'll join him to also CELEBRATE my 10 years of Freedom! Neither one of us ever thought we'd ever quit smoking EVER! BUT by Sticking with our quits we are TRULY giving ourselves the Gift of LIFE! Each AND everyone of us deserves so much more than the damned crutch of the horrid nicotine poison! ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily basis! So lets make sure to always remember AND ~ N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget > JUST how horrid it was in those early stages of our quits! NONE of us has to ever go back to another day ONE EVER!!! I still smile at each and every day WON! YAY for Freedom!!!
