Hi everyone. Nice to be out in the sunshine. Had rain for days. Garden is growning like the weeds in it. lol I'm at 558 days of my quit and feel good. My partner has listened to my mouth enough about smoking he actually went to the doctor's and got chantex. He has smoked just as long as I had. Over 30 yrs! He said he is nervouse when not smoking. I told him cigs cause such anxiety way more then smoking. He started the treatment today. I'm proud of him. It only is in the mind. Just not an option. 558 days is as long of a quit I evr had in. Ron and I both tried the e-cig,patches hipnosis etc and just left our pockets broke. I love when I buy a blouse instead of a pack of cancer smelling sticks. Garbage. Well just brought ozziy swimming going to wash my car. It's hot. Proud of all. ~peace~ Debbie
