To change your quit date you will need to click the "My Quit Plan" tab at the top of the page. It will open your personal quit plan page. On the right side of the screen just under the My Quit Plan tab you will see your quit date. Next to it there is a link that says change. Just click on that and it will take you to another screen where you can change your quit date. Hope that helps
