Once we bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison THEN we MUST make the CHOICE to stick with our precious quits ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's NOT always easy BUT thankfully with commitment AND perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free! I thought I'd share this top meme I thought it might make you smile! 😁

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
