Newbie to the group. Enjoying reading the posts, blogs, etc. Have a app on my phone called "Quitnow!" which has been encouraging me along my quit path journey by telling me I've avoided smoking 511 cigarettes, saved$291 and time won back in my life is 2 days, 3 hours and 3 minutes after quitting for 63 days. Now some background and why this is so huge for me is I smoke 8-10 cigarettes a day for 45 years..this final attempt is #10 and not going back to this slavery...Im bigger than that nasty 5 minutes endorphin rush. It's like a switch turned off for me...I. So done and so happy about it. Just sharing!

Markexsmkr‌ has a question for you and I am not sure you will see it if it isn't @mentioned.

exsmkr‌. The quit date is pulled from your My Quit Plan and pushed to the community and the average number of cigarettes you used to smoke is pulled from your community profile.  These combine to produce your Quit stats.

The Quit stats can be found in your profile on the My Quit stats tab or on your hovercard when you mouse over your username and then click the EX icon.

Welcome!!!  By today that app of yours has already racked up more money in your pocket, more cigarettes unsmoked, more life saved.  This is all a win-win situation!  And having achieved over two months smoke-free is no mean feat!!!  Glad that switch turned off for you.  If it starts to short-circuit, come here and yell for an electrician.  There are many experienced souls on EX.  Cheers!
