Still smoke free! YAY! Just wanted to share a dream with you. I dreamt I was at my mom's and my daughter came over( let me just say that my daughter and I don't speak....long story) and I stepped outside with my husband and lit up a cig. Someone else stepped outside and gave me a look like " what R U doing?. My response was... "WHAT? 1 cig in 50 something days.. leave me alone". I' know this was just a dream but I've actually had moments where I was just so bored that I thought of smoking that "Just 1 Cig" and stopping there. Being an recovering alcoholic for over 13 years, I know that 1 is never enough. So I find something else to do and beleive it or not the moment passes. I am very grateful for being able to stay smoke free for this long.I hoope that my success so far can help someone else stay smoke free.
On another note... I'm getting ready to make another improvement in my life. I am haveing wieght loss surgery on the 20th of July. It's been a long process to get here and I have already lost 50 lbs. Can't tell you how great I feel.
