My name is Sheila, and I am 43 years old. I have been smoking for 30 years with a 2 pack a day habit. I have tried quitting several times and hope that tomorrow, August 6th, 2013, will be the final quit. I am just going back to the university after 20 years and will be finishing my junior year. I am working toward having a doctorate of psychology, after which, I will be a clinical psychologist and hope to help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and the like.
